**SCALE AS NEEDED**

*Partner Wall Ball = Partner A hits target while Partner B catches Wall Ball and proceeds to full movement. Partner B hits Wall Ball target and Partner A catches Wall Ball in Wall Ball Squat

*One Power Snatch 1 person working at a time
