2nd minute = 3 Wall Ball #20/#14 + 5 Ring Dips

3rd minute = 3 Wall Ball #20/#14 +5 Jerks @~50% of 1RM Jerk

Continue rotation for 15 minutes.

Score = The time you complete the last 5 Jerks.
Remix:

1st minute = 3 Wall Ball + 3 SDLHP w/ KB
