Weightlifting

Clean Grip Deadlift (10 sets of 3 reps)

The clean deadlift is a pull variation with a controlled speed into a standing position rather than a complete extension onto the balls of the feet like the clean pull.

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for Time:

Run 400m or Row 500m

21 Burpees (minimum of 6″ jump)

Remix:

3 Rounds for Time:

Run 200m or Row 300m

12 Burpees
