Weightlifting

Back Squat (5 reps # 40%, 50%, & 60%)

*If you do not have a 1RM perform 5×5 trying to add weight each set*

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

200m OH Walking Lunge #45 / #25

*every time you drop the plate = 5 burpees plus run 200m (run back to the start line to the 200m mark and then back to your weight plate and begin your lunges again)
Remix:

100m Weighted Walking Lunges (can carry plate overhead or at chest)

*every time you drop the plate = 2 burpees and run 100m)
