Suns Out Guns Out (AMRAP – Reps)
Guys #95-#135-#155-#185-#205
Gals #55-#75-#85-#100-#115

1 attempt at each weight to perform MAX reps on bench press
Then…
MAX reps of strict pull-ups

RX=you must be able to complete the prescribed weight for all 5 bench presses. (If you cannot… NO RX. If you cannot complete the given weight then you will perform the remainder of the 5 sets at the last weight completed…log your last weight completed and total reps)

TOTAL REPS on bench press & pull ups
