Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

*When you fail to complete the round on the minute you are done. – If you fail
under 15 Minutes continue to do AMRAP untill the 15 minutes is complete.*

Who calls “No Rep?!?!”
