Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk (1RM)
(with a partner)
10 Rounds for time of:
100m Sprint
10 Pull-ups
100m Sprint
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds

Partner A sprints 100m while Partner B does 10 Pull-Ups (then switch…. Partner A cannot start the pull-ups until Partner B is done & Partner B cannot sprint until Partner A has returned from 100m)

Same with the Burpees
