Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
***Try to go up in weight each set. You are working towards a HEAVY triple***
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 Power Cleans @ 70% of 1RM
7 Burpees
Run 200

*If you perform the power cleans @ 70% of YOUR 1RM, perform standard burpees, and RUN 200m = RX*
