Push Press (6-4-3-2-2-2-2)
Push Jerk (6-4-3-2-2-1-1)
Split Jerk (6-4-3-2-2-1-1)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Teams of 2
(2 Rounds; no rest between)
3:00 Power Snatch 95/65
3:00 Burpee Over the bar
3:00 OHS 95/65
3:00 Pullups

Record your TOTAL number of reps.

For example: If you get 20 Power Snatches, 10 Burpee Over bar, 20 OHS, & 30 Pull-ups in the 1st Round and then for the 2nd round you  do 10 Power Snatches, 5 Burpee Over Bar, 10 OHS, & 2 Pull-Ups your score would be 107.

Your overall score will be a TEAM SCORE! In the comment box write down your teammates name.

*If you cannot do the RX weight, go for 50%-60% of your 1RM*
