Snatch High Pull + Power Snatch + Hang Snatch (1+1+1 RM…..1+1+1 @95%…..1+1+1 @90%)

*Record your 1 RM*

For this snatch complex you will find your 1RM. After you have found your 1RM take 95% of that and do another 1+1+1… then take 90% of your 1RM and do your last set of 1+1+1

Snatch Long Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

Straight Leg Deadlift (3-3-3-3-3)

Stay LIGHT on these straight leg deadlifts! Do NOT go crazy on your weight. You should feel a good pull in the hamstrings (good mornings).

*Keep EXCELLENT back position*
