3 Hang Cleans
1 Jerk
50 DUs

Weight = 60%-70% of 1RM on Jerk
***This is a complex. Do NOT drop the bar. To complete the round you must hold the bar for all 3 movements and then go to your jump rope. If you drop the bar without completing all 3 movements you must start the round over***
