Man Maker #35

Box Jump

rest 1 min

3 min ladder:

6 Power Snatches 95/65

20 D.U.

rest one min.

3 Min. Ladder:

6 weighted step ups

8 toes 2 bars

rest 1 min.
Then reverse and do each ladder

for 1 min with no rest between transitions.

(It’s just three mini WODs with rest in between.)
