Alternating KB Clean & Jerks for remainder of 3 minutes

15 Burpees
Goblet Squats for remainder of 3 minutes

***Rest 5 minutes then repeat***

Record the TOTAL number of KB Snatches / KB Clean & Jerk / Goblet Squats
