<div><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong> Go to our paleo/zone challenge info at the top of the page and blog how you are doing.  You should see some movement either on the scales or how your clothes fit.  If no movement then hear are the main things to look for:  </strong></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#0000ff;"><em>-You are eating too much if you are doing strict paleo ( you should zone paleo).  </em></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#0000ff;"><em>-You are eating too many blocks (you are eating too much)</em></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#0000ff;"><em>-You are not exercising enough</em></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#0000ff;"><em>-You are not being strict enough (you have to weigh and measure your food for at least 2 weeks-if you don&#8217;t you will eat too much)</em></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#0000ff;"><em>-Even if you don&#8217;t loose a ton of weight, consider the benefits of healthy eating.  You will affect your kids and grandkids with the habits you have now (good and bad-lots of research behind this concept, it&#8217;s called <strong>epigenetics</strong>) </em></span></div>

<p>check out the video from our ERG Sprints and Triathrow.  Big kuddos to Lauren and Jim Pickens for putting on a great race.  Fun was had by all.  Awesome job by Angie Brand!  It was her first event like this and to Jenn Terry for being our swimmer on the Triathrow.  She hasn&#8217;t been in the water since high school.  One of the college girls told her, &#8220;I hope I can be in shape like you when I&#8217;m your age&#8221;!  Yes, us feeble senior crossfitters can still rock the house!  PR&#8217;s by everyone.  Jim Gardener  placed 2nd in his 1000k heat and Doug first (age handicap) but still mighty studly.  And what about Sam Whitney bringing it to the college kids.  He was definitely hanging with the college rowers.  It must be the strict adherance to the zone/paleo diet of late.  I didn&#8217;t get a lot of pics so please send more and I will put them on.  Our ever faithful college crossfitters were there-Katie and Rachel-making all the women look great!  Men who were equally awesome stud muffin rowers were Chris Potter, Ray Mullins, Adam Rowland,  and Coach Jack.  Kelly Woodard (who so willingly jumped into a relay when asked!) and Wes who we have been trying to get to come to Crossfit for years.  He is nearing the periphery and got dangerously close this weekend. And our incredible cheerleader-Carrie Bryant!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is time to register. Go to<a href="http://www.regattacentral.com"> www.regattacentral.com. </a> Register under our <strong>CrossFit NEGA</strong> Team. We have our own Oar Logo. If you do not see your name under our Team &#8211; just email me your name, address and DOB. The Erg Sprints start for Masters at 9:30 am. Entry is only $15.00. </p>
<p>The Triathrow Relay for Masters is at 1:00pm. Race day registration is available only if spots remain. I have entered the 2000M Mens Masters. I would like to form several Triathrow Relays under our CrossFit NEGA Banner. If you are interested, contact me ASAP. If you have not participated in an indoor erg sprint &#8211; it is a great experience. Lot&#8217;s of cheering and intensity. Nothing like a good &#8220;hair on fire&#8221;  2000m C2 sprint to get the blood pumping. You can do both the Triathrow and an individual sprint for one price of $30.00.  They even include lunch and a T shirt.  A portion of the proceeds benefit Special Olympics. </p>
<p>The event will be held at Riverside Military Academy Field House. 2001 Riverside Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501. </p>
