		<description><![CDATA[Good article on Weight Watchers.  The changes were indeed significant, but easy to me.  Some folks just don&#039;t like change.  There are flaws and cults with every diet.  Weight Watchers works for me.  I don&#039;t go to meetings, except to weigh in.  The online tools are superb too, I need simple.  I&#039;m eating so much better, both quality and quantity.  Sticking with WW and exercise.  Will be at goal weight by summer and down 75lbs.  Jim]]></description>
