Laura Head, Level II CrossFit Trainer, NSCA CPT
Graduated from
University of Memphis w/ a Bachelors in nutrition (1990).
Nutrition consultant Adult Special Care Clinic at the
Regional Medical Center (1990-1992).
Graduated from
University of Tennessee w/ a Bachelors in Nursing (1992).
RN at the
Regional Burn Center (1992-1993).
RN at the Elvis Presley Shock Trauma Unit (1993-1995).
RN at the
Northeast Georgia Medical Center ER (1995-2000).
ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor (1987-present).
American Heart Association CPR certified.
Completed eight marathons and numerous triathlons throughout fitness career.Enjoys running, water skiing, reading and listening to music for pleasure. Husband Wes. Children Zoe ( 8) and Michael (6).

Jack Haire, Level I CrossFit Trainer, USA Swimming Coach

Jack has coached age group swimming for 8 years and competed as a swimmer in college with Furman University and the Univ. of Georgia. Jack is a nationally ranked amateur age group (USAT All American) Olympic distance triathlete and has competed in triathlons, flat water paddling, mountain bike racing, running races (5K to marathon),and salom and trick water skiing. Jack’s first Triathlon was in 1982. He has competed in over 28 Peactree Road Races, most as a seeded runner and has won the Georgia State Masters Title numerous times in the Olympic distance triathlon. Jack was one of the Coaches of the Athens Bulldog Swim Club (USA Swimming) in the early 80’s and currently coaches area high school swimmers and assists with the college swim team at Brenau University. Jack was the past President of the Lanier Running Club and active advocate for bicycling and running in NE GA. Jack is married to Sharon and has a daughter, Shannon (16).

Bobby Norris, B.S. in Exercise Science, ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Instructor
Bobby graduated in 1997 from North Georgia College with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and worked at the hospital based Fit for Life as an Exercise Physiologist from 1997-2001. He currently manages the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation program at Northeast Georgia Medical Center where he was first hired as an Exercise Physiologist. Since college, Bobby has also worked as a Personal Trainer with clients of a wide age and ability range. He specializes in training athletes to compete in endurance events such as marathons and long distance (century) biking events. He has completed several marathons and in 2007 qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon.
