I did this workout at a CF gym while traveling and got a staph infection from rope burns. Wear a tube sock or wear long pants to prevent abrasion….
OUCH! Did this workout this AM w/ Doug…Rope burn!! Legs are feeling the burn from the squats AND the rope!
I want to do it. Maybe Monday?
