Night class, teams of three; run a 400 as a team; complete 125-75-55 thrusters and pullups (one person working at a time then finish as a team with a 400 meter run.
WOD:
Do one pull up the first minute, 2 pull ups the second minute, 3 pull ups the third minute; continue as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
