I am working on the video of running form taken of Jennifer P, Maria W and Sherri F and Doug T. The morning class excelled in their 50 yard sprints!
WOD: 7 rounds of: 7 deadlifts (#225/#135), 7 Burpees, 1 50 yard sprint… All finished at 10 minutes or less! Great to see you all this morning! Jack
