Mini WOD’s are one of my favorite workouts. Above pic is from the mini partner WOD of :
Wall Ball while other partner runs a 100 yard w #20 weighted vest X 3 Rounds
Other mini’s included:
15, 12, 9 of man makers and dumbbell box step ups with a 30 yard backward / forward sprint.
500 Meter Row for time.
3 Rounds of :30 front plank hold, :15 R side plank hold, :15 L side plank hold then 5 hanging knees to chest.
3 Rounds of :60 sec jump rope, 60 sec of rowing.
