Next: 40 one arm alternating DB snatch
3 rounds:
7 shoulder press (65/95)
1 rope climb

My shoulders were shaking and it was affecting my thinking so I don’t know my time. Had to modify all but one of the muscle ups and HSPU. Brandon did great, you’d never know he had a bum knee.
