WOD:

Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

Have fun with this.  I’ve not seen anything like this before on the main site.  Should be interesting.

New Classes Added Starting Next Week!

We have added Tues and Thursday evening classes at 5:15 PM.  This will allow many of us to continue with our 3 Days On and 1 Day Off routine.  Please let us know if you would like to add a open gym/ CF NE GA class on Tues and Thursdays at 6:15 PM…

  2. I would like to see many of you CF Ne Ga CrossFitters think about joining Team GA Weight Lifting. Your skills have improved drastically. Gayla is starting to lift a lot of weight with good form as is Steve M, Ray, Josh, Doug (above). Billy, Raechel, Chase, Cindy L, Cindy E would all be very competitive in their respective age groups. * these are just a few members mentioned, I know there are more of you that have improved and would enjoy the Team GA experience (especially our 12:00 lunch class participants) Jack
