Image: Courtney, Pete, Jason, DeEnna, and LeAnne. This is a group of Crossfit first timers that I met with on Tuesday afternoon. Everyone in the class did great and had a very fun time. Hopefully we’ll see you guys back for more! We did the following workout and times ranged from 20-27 minutes.
