Way to go to Mark (seen above) who finished the workout as prescribed. His son Coleman was with him and smoked his way through 6 sets (not quite #115, but very close!). Great job, especially after Bobby’s workout on Wednesday. Which I did not consider when bringing in this wod- it was too early in the morning. Probably too many pushups and ring dips for one 3 day period. OOPS. Wondering where Emeliegh and Josh were?????
