Worked out on WED with Coach Mike and Brandon of CrossFit Memphis, TN. We did the main site WOD that Laura had the Gainesville CrossFitters do. I took forever doing the set at 30min. I think Coach Mike had to replace his battery on the stop watch it was taking me sooooo long at 50Kg. 15 Deadlifts, 12 Hang Power Cleans, 9 Front Squats, 6 Push Press. 5 ROUNDS.
