Note: Thruster = front squat followed by an explosive overhead shoulder press, locking out at the top with shoulders shrugged and bar directly overhead.

  1. This WOD consisted of 3 200’s per Round for at total of 9 X 200’s. Great workout. We had Zach as a new CFNEGA participant. The North Forsyth High grads continue to get stronger. Ray is back from a minor injury and John continues to train right through his cycling season with CF. I really enjoyed this class – all hard workers…
