We did some timed sprints and I am happy to say that everyone in the class had faster 100 meter sprints than in April when we last timed. We also did one min max sit ups and everyone’s numbers also improved. We practiced deadlifts. We are working very hard to keep our shoulder blades pulled together, chest poked out, and our natural lumbar curve intact. Max and Coleman won the WOD (80 wall ball, 80 box jumps) ,Zoe and Rachel Anne came in a close second. Courtney and Max had to use the 10 pound ball and they finished the workout. I am so proud b/c they did not complain at all and they finished! Many of our adults wouldn’t do 80 wall ball if you paid them! We ended with a squirt gun battle and if you got hit you had to do 5 squats!
