Maria blew everyone away as far as time for this workout. She finished around 25 min. She finished 10 minutes before anyone in both classes. Way to go! She said she had somewhere to go. Awesome time! Check out the form on the lunges. The pics look great. On the push ups, look at Clarissa’s form. She is very strong. She has great alignment and this was not on the first set, so she kept her form throughout the workout. Great class, but they all hate Jack now b/c of the workout.
